Worked developing a team concept to make sure that every semester the 3,000+ student PC`s and MAC computers were reimaged with the latest subject software to be taught that semester. Worked with over 200 different software packages (all subjects taught at the College). The team was responsible for over 60 classroom labs. Lab turnaround time dropped from 12 days, to 6 an improvement of 50%. Worked with several software vendors and helped develop new software implementation at the college. Lead the Laptop Encryption team to successfully encrypt over 300 PC and MAC laptops to meet federal FERPA requirements.
