Weekly Payroll Process (Mondays):

Vacation Requests: (Salary Employees) Gather Vac. Request forms, forwarded them the Human Resources to be entered into payroll.

Weekly Timecard Reports from all Managers/Supervisors:

Review Timecard reports/hours to confirm they are correct.

Record all Vac. And Per hours taken into records

Work with Supervisors/Managers when you come across a question/problems with submitted information.

Tie out dept. totals to confirm they agree with reports by Enterprise Time and Attendance program.

Run report to confirm all Timecards have been approved by each Supervisor.aaa

Check to confirm all required forms have been submitted to support Enterprise transactions.

Transfer/Upload payroll hours from Enterprise up into a file to be transferred in Payroll (Paycex).

File away weekly Payroll package for the week.

Paycheck Organization: When paychecks are received organized them be different departments and notify Human Resources of any missing checks.

Paycheck Distribution: On Thursday or Friday open the safe the hand out checks to Managers/Supervisors.
