I reported directly to the General Manager. I was Responsible for managing the activities of 7 employees, including Technicians, Chemists and a Technical Manager.

aa Led the development of all new Polyurea, Hybrid and Urethane coatings.

- Polyurethane coating for concrete tanks and pipe which needs no primer and passed NSF61.

- Aliphatic rigid polyurea that can be used as a gel coating and aliphatic roof coating for RVs.

- aaAGreenaa polyurea hybrids for pipes to the corrosion resistant metal market and the water/waste water market.

- Chemical and abrasion resistant high build coating that utilizes standard airless equipment.
