regarding contracts, bonds and insurance. Prepare proposals and quotations,
bids (state, municipal, private), contract administration, purchase orders and
subcontract agreements, interaction with vendors and subcontractors.
Administrative Duties: Excellent computer skills, internet and email, voice
mail, knowledge of office equipment, scheduling meetings, appointments and
travel, advertising, correspondence, reports, order office supplies,
purchase/lease equipment, coordinate and supervise various activities for
multiple locations, customer service, and data entry.
Human Resources: Recruit, interview, train, evaluate, supervise, process
benefits, reviews, terminations, maintain personnel records, calculate ADP
payroll, negotiate and process insurances, workmans compensation, 401-K, track
vacation and sick time, process commissions, extensive record keeping requiring
confidentiality, maintain DOT files, schedule physicals and drug screenings.
Flexible and able to manage, coordinate, and prioritize multiple projects
simultaneously. Dependable with excellent organizational, interpersonal,
verbal/written communication skills. The ability to motivate/instill proper
work ethics with associates.
