Performed the migration and upgrade of client's Informatica Oracle Applications historical database server from 10gR2 Single Instance to 11gR2 RAC.

Reconfigured, re-implemented, and re-deployed Informatica Data Archive and Purge projects moving ~2 billion rows of Oracle Applications 11.5.10 Sales Order production data off tier-one storage and onto tier-two storage (~750GB of data). Tune archive/purge jobs by multi-threading JDBC Thin Client connections and tuning Oracle Parallel DML (INSERTs/DELETEs).

Documented and transitioned the Sales Order archive/purge procedures and provided POC to the client for the configuration, implementation, and deployment of Informatica Data Archive and Purge projects in an effort to move 11.5.10 GL Journals-Actuals data. Again, the estimate provided from the POC was to move ~2 billion rows off tier-one storage to tier-two (~750GB of data).

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair performance problems of Informatica Seamless Data Access Oracle Server views that combine OLTP and Historical Sales Order and GL data so that historical data remains available to users as needed.
