Self Employed. Real Estate / Historical Buildings Developer, San Juan, Puerto Rico. Created a portfolio of historical properties. Managed over 40 units/ employed 18 sub-contractors. Buildings met or exceeded the standards of historical renovation by the Puerto Rico Institute of Culture.

1988 - 1989

Adjunct Faculty, Centro Caribeno de Estudios Postgraduados (formerly Carlos Albizu University ) in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Taught courses in Clinical and Therapeutic Models to students in graduate degree program.
