I am the Vice President of Operations and am responsible for all of the efforts and methodologies that drive a successful and profitable business. I report directly to the President of the company.

I have been an integral source to the many growth and sustainable continual improvement initiatives that have guided the success of the companies that I have worked for specifically the most recent ones. My principles in operations are guided by an 80/20 focus on the cornerstone priorities of any company: safety, quality, productivity.

These initiatives include, but are not limited to:

* Implementation of 80/20 and lean toolbox methodologies (pareto, DMAIC)

* Physical cellularization (in-lining)

* Constraint/bottleneck focus

* OEE improvements through capability, quality and reliability focus

* Safety initiatives through the use of -near miss- reporting and corrective action

* Visual Factory Management

* Sustainable inventory systems and KanBan

* Raw Material pricing initiatives

* Dock to stock initiatives

* Labor efficiencies/fractional labor

* Scrap Reduction

* Labor and overhead capitalization

* Capital planning based on careful identification of items/issues that will sustain growth. ROI and IRR calculations

* Product innovation and development of value added processes, process mapping, VSM

* SAE Aerospace, QPL listings, external documentation, specifications and compliance listings

* Development of a Raytheon compliant FOD/FOE program

Results:

* A company that not only became the top performing division in a corporation but also received the Industry Week Top Ten Plant Award

* A company that operated at a consistent 2% ROS initially and became a 12% average ROS company (nearly world class profitability in wire and cable) in two years

* Increased revenue of 18mm to 30mm in two years

* Initial equipment reliability of 75% to 98% based on the implementation of a sustainable PM and MRO program

* Reduction in external DPMU and increase in internal DPMU (with initiatives to subsequently reduce internal DPMU)

* Complete and effective compliance programs (EHS, FM Global, no lost time records)

I am a Manufacturer with many years of experience in this area. I have continually developed and have retained many resources in NH to effectively continue the efforts to drive great companies. I know many people and companies that help to provide services to me and the company. I am relatively well known with many suppliers in the area.

I work extremely hard and diligently to carry out and accomplish the strategies to achieve the objectives that are important to the company. I am reliable and dependable. Fiscal objectives and cost reduction are part and parcel of my business make-up. Safety is my primary concern. My expectation is that associates go home with the same body parts that they arrive with and the company continues to reduce cost due to worker compensation.

There potentially is much to discuss regarding the strategies I have helped develop and carried out as well as my methodologies/culture that I can bring to any company. The strategies and solutions are data based.

If you feel we should speak based on the attached credentials please do not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,

Shaun Fowler
