This project deals with procurement of data from data ware housing system. I developed

Universes from the existing data ware house system. Mapping the universe from its complex

cities in to user understandable .The data that involved in this project is coming from

three different data sources. Created three different universes and linked them to get

reports.

Created groups and Users and implemented row level Security through Supervisor. Developed

Canned Reports like daily, weekly, bi- weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly and distributed

through repository scheduled through Broadcast Agent.

Developed three Universes. Universes are Expense Express, Credit card,supplier.

Connected multiple Aggregate tables using Aggregate Aware Function.

them. Kipper Engineering deals with equipments like electrical, mechanical, air

conditioning, buildings and car parking.

(Attendance Monitoring System

)

Description : Supervised the analysis and design of the system. The system uses SQL*LOAD

to convert the non-text file from the Daily Time Recorder (DTR) machine to a database

table. It also maintains attendance of non-swiping employees and reconciles these with the

DTR entries along with the other DTR exemptions. The system automatically records to each

employee leave card all leaves of absences (i.e. sick leaves, vacation leaves, special

leaves, forced leaves, etc.) and any unauthorized absences. The system also computes for

the number of hours of leave without pay. Leads the quality assurance and control team in

testing the completed programs and modifying the programs, if necessary.

Description : Performed gap analysis between the old CMS and the users new requirements.

Designed the system as part of the Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS). The Cash

Management System (CMS) is a system that records and monitors the disbursements of checks

and collections of payments of HIGC. These transactions are subsequently posted to the

subsidiary and general ledgers maintained by the Treasury and Controllership Departments

of the company. Developed 25 forms and 23 reports and was also responsible for the

integration testing of the system and end-user training.

Retail Guaranty Information System

Description : Solely responsible for the analysis and design of the new system. It

records the initial enrollment of housing loans for guaranty, the subsequent renewals and

consolidation of the guaranty by funds/banks and the payment of claims to the funds of

called accounts. The Retail Guaranty is a guaranty facility that accredits funds for

insurance coverage of housing loans granted to individuals for the purpose of home

acquisition. Part of team which develop the programs, provided technical support and

conducted end-user training. In total, developed 45 programs consisting of 28 forms and 17

reports.

Cash Flow Guaranty Information System

Description : Performed gap analysis between the old CMS and the users new requirements.

Solely responsible for the design of the system. It is a system that captures and monitors

all activities involved in the administration of the Cash Flow Guaranty Fund by HIGC, such

as: enrollment of loan accounts for guaranty, post-auditing of accounts, renewal of

guaranty, calling of accounts, consolidation, redemption and disposition of called

accounts. The Cash Flow Guaranty Fund specifically covers the housing loans directly

funded by the Social Security System (SSS), Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) and

Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF).In total, developed 60 programs consisting of 33 forms

and 27 reports.

Asset/Mortgage Backed Securities Information System

Description : Responsible for the analysis and design system. The system records the

enrollment of loan accounts for securities and the claims of the sellers/services for

guaranty payments in the event of borrowers default. The system also monitors the

payments of such claims and the refunds HIGC gets when defaulting borrowers pay their

outstanding amortization dues to the sellers/services. The Asset Mortgage Backed

Securities are participation certificates, representing undivided ownership interest in a

pool of balances on receivables covering loans backed up by residential properties, issued

for the purpose of providing liquidity to the funds of home mortgage. In total, developed

62 programs consisting of 38 forms and 24 reports.
