Performing visual and dimensional inspection on various coated and not coated military jet engine parts and assemblies using military specifications. Also performing in process inspection (over inspect).

I'm familiar with SAP, Solumina, CAAP2, Fits and Clearances systems.

Currently I'm in process of obtaining Security Clearance.

Lead Engine Technician

I started this job as bench inspector over the PW 4000 HPC line. I performed : receive in inspection, teardown inspection and basic inspection on various parts and components.

Later I learned similar tasks on the HPT, LPC and LPT modules.

At that time I also performed all aspects of CX inspection (in process inspection).

In 1995 I started to work at the final assembly line of all modules.

In 1999 I was promoted to the leadsman position over JT9 disassembly and assembly line.

In 2001 I returned to PW4000 line as an inspection leadsman of Modules Assembly line.
