Project manager for worldwide implementation and training at larger corporate accounts of new SQL/web
based Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software. Analyzed clients needs and
developed implementation strategies and workflow modifications to maintenance, inventory, and purchasing
processes.

As project leader successfully managed r e-introduction of an extruded Sterile Gelfoam product to market.
Directed a project team consisting of more than 20 multi-disciplinary professional colleagues. Authored Project
Validation Plan, Protocol and Reports. Responsible for execution of research and validation protocols.
Managed and successfully conducted Process Qualification and Product Validation (PQ/PV) of entire Gelfilm
clean room manufacturing process using a new drying method. Conducted research studies to support

- Designed and managed the installation of a machine cleaning system that reduced downtime and waste by

- Eliminated drum handling of chemicals by designing and supervising installation of an 18,000-gallon
chemical storage and delivery system with annual cost savings of $42,000.
- Successfully implemented and managed a CMMS system that contributed to a reduction in Paper Machine
down time by 32% and a reduction in the Maintenance budget by 17%.
Assisted in design and installation of a $6 million converting and packaging upgrade. Assembled and managed
a team for a planned $2.5 million Distributed Control System (DCS) for two paper machines, with a ROI of
40%.
