- Reports to the Director of Pharmacy.

- Responsible for executive support for variety secretary/administrative and office management activities including time reporting using krons for the Yale New Hospital and Cardinalhealth employees, time management and telephone duties.

- Coordination and support for various activities of the Director and Two Assistant Directors of Pharmacy,

- Create and maintains employees work schedules using RESQ an employee scheduling database.

- Support the Outpatient pharmacy will financial reports and making deposits to the cashier office.

- Maintains strict confidentiality of peers and hospital personnel.

- Communicates well with all hospital personnel and contracted vendors.

- Uses good judgment to support, arrange and change meetings.

- Creates revenue by billing Operating Room patient for medication used for surgery.

- Arranges training, meetings on/off site, catering, conference room reservation and expense reports with receipts.

- Maintain calendars for Director and two Assistant Directors.

- Send out email.

- Use PYXIS equipment that medication is kept for patients) to give access to nurses, doctors and pharmacy staff to get and put medication into PYXIS.

- Coordinate between Cardinalhealth and Yale New Haven - SRC competencies for pharmacy employees to take.
