I am responsible for a weekly report (that consists of researching 70-100 files), in which a publication, concerning pertinent information for the pending foreclosures, is prepared and sent to the local newspaper. Further responsibilities involve researching titles to determine how many mortgages, tax liens, judgments the debtor has accumulated. We then notify all of the clients involved. The letters prepared are my responsibilities.

I am also considered a floater. Trained to work with the sales team. Check bankruptcy the day of the sale; prepare Vacate and Postponement letters Trained to work with the send out team updating client web sites, sending copies of publications to the newspaper; updating Sirotes main computer program with newspaper confirmations. Trained to work with the input team. Responsible for pulling new referrals from client web sites; putting debtor information into Sirotes main computer system; requesting appropriate documents from the client; checking bankruptcy and military status.

I also have 6 months experience working in the Bankruptcy Department. My daily responsibilities include answering daily messages from my client, making sure that each file contains the needed documents (mortgage, endorse note, recorded Assignment). Once collected I prepare an affidavit supporting the Motions for Relief to be reviewed by the attorney. Once approved, I upload the affidavit to the client website for final approval. I am then responsible for filing the Motion for Relief with the Court.
