Manage the development of transportable SATCOM terminals for the Army Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) and U.S. Marine Corps Support Wide Area Network (SWAN). Manage WIN-T and SWAN contracts valued up to $50M to ensure quality and on time delivery of all contractual products and services. Prepare necessary PMO documentation to ensure successful programmatic communication and execution. Manage government programs contract line item (CLINs) requirements in accordance with performance work statement (PWS). Generate and update Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for program reviews and program task assignments. Manage engineering and field personnel for system installation planning/preparation (i.e., technical documentation, design drawings, site surveys, civil works), production/site acceptance testing and system implementation/integration. Prepare and submit Request for Quote (RFQ), Statement of Work (SOW) documents and Bid Proposal (BNP) cost spreadsheets for new program awards and system upgrades.
