provide adequate storage capacity to the systems. The administration software was also

used to identify problem disks and heavily used disks. Utilized Logical Volume Manager

1000/A's running the Alpha 4.0D operating system and three NT servers. Received training

at Itron Corporation in Spokane, Washington for the AMR application. Served as the primary

Responsible for configuration and support of twelve Hewlett Packard HP/UX based E series

including Word and Excel. Reconfigured systems to allow more efficient backups and easier

use as user interface to the tape products. Tape media used for REELlibrarian is IBM 3480

technology on Storage Technology tape drives and standard DDS (DAT) tape. Tape media used

for HP Omni Back is Excebyte DLT. Interface daily with vendors and users of all products

including Oracle, REELlibrarian, HP Omni Back II, Maestro job scheduler, HP, Storage

Technology. Environment consists of eighteen HP 9000/800 T500s and I70s, Tandem (SGI),

and IBM RS6000. Supported several thousand users on more than 6 Terabytes of disk. Member

of several development teams acting for the UNIX Sys Admin team. Developed methods and

scripts for automated ftp of files to and from UNISYS and Amdahl systems. Member of team

working with fraud detection and prevention. Responsible for evaluation and recommendation
