(August 1998 to June 2007) Worked with children from the ages of four to eleven. Assisted the teacher with coordination of daily activities and lesson plans in English and Spanish. Assisted children in learning class material, following the teacher's lesson plans, providing students with individualized attention as needed. Prepared and presented displays of students' work. Recorded grades and helped prepare materials for instruction. Communicated with parents on a daily basis. Supervised and played with children at recess time and on fieldtrips. Contributed and helped organize holiday activities and other special events. Took other duties from time to time as the teacher required such as dusting, sweeping, cleaning and sanitizing furniture and toys.
