As complaint investigator duties in tells using Track wise tool to:

. Managed, lead and mentored 6 member complaint handling unit responsible for complaint handling, adverse event reporting and product investigations

. Identified and delivered complaint process remediation which reduced intake of non-complaint field service activities into complaint process; introduced assessment of new complaints to determine if issue was known/previously investigated and established rigorous MDR/MDV prevent non value-added assessment of non-serious risk issues

. Responsible for performing complaint review, evaluation and processing complaints in a manner to ensure timely response and closure

. Assign a final evaluation code to the complaint for the return product after inspected and tested to confirm the product problem

. Perform level 2-3 investigation and determine if the event warrants escalation to CAPA and Group process
