OVERVIEW
Subject-matter expert (SME) in business writing with fifteen years` experience in developing and delivering writing training for large corporations. Today she is the principal designer for Salient, Inc., wearing three hats - project manager, instructional designer, multimedia developer. Her past eLearning designs have been customized for the health care industry; in the pharmaceutical industry they are required training for over 160,000 employees. These programs have met with universal acclaim from pharma employees - a feat that Salient clients say is unprecedented in their experience, and all the more surprising since each of the programs concerned was mandatory.
Kay`s latest project for Salient: An eLearning supplement to The Good Documents Series(tm) called Navigating Social Media. This program serves to reinforce the values and good writing practices emphasized in the original training - but it goes one step further: it extends them into the realm of social media.
