OnTrac is a regional shipping company, similar to UPS or FEDEX. I was hired into a position considered a promotion from customer service, monitoring their largest clients. I regularly corresponded with the owners or CEO's of these companies in order to resolve issues with their shipments. This position required an eye for detail, and the utilization of multiple applications simultaneously while conversing with drivers in the field and/or the actual shipper/receiver of the package.

September 2010- March 2011

After resigning from Alltel, I became a certified caregiver for my grandmother who was on Hospice due to terminal kidney failure. I assisted her with all basic and personal needs, as well as providing medical care in our home including procedures normally performed in a skilled health care facility. I also cared for another client part time, and provided coverage when other caregivers needed time off. This position was mostly companionship, but did require cooking and light cleaning. I was required to undergo a detail background check, and fingerprinting. Upon the passing of my grandmother on March thirteenth I returned to my regular field of employment.
