Responsibilities: setting up benders per bar size, accurately measuring and bending bar, program the bender heads for bar size and degree of bends, keeping track of heat numbers, pieces, and bundles per order, use of overhead crane to move and put bundles on bender tables, trucks, mark off bar list, weekly maintenance of all bending machines, use of rebar shearline to accurately cut length, and number of pieces per bundle for order, use of crane to stock, remove bar and bundles, use of forklift to load spiral bender(#3 up to #6 bar),put pallets on automatic wrapper, stack pallets, use of crane for in bound inventory, keeping track of heat numbers, cleaning of shop, yearly physical inventory
