Product Lead, WiMAX Canopy Systems: Led rapid creation of first-generation WiMAX Access Points within a startup organization. Motorola sold its first nationwide system to Wateen Telecom (Pakistan), but WiMAX AP development teams were behind schedule senior management turned to the Canopy team for a critical, stop-gap alternative. Managed a highly cross-functional team to redesign Canopy APs for WiMAX coordinated between architects, marketing, software development, test, customer support, sales and field teams. Ongoing collaboration with customer-facing teams to address complex, evolving requirements within aggressive delivery schedules. Achieved successful, on-time Wateen deployment. Promoted to Senior Solutions Manager/Architect.

Architecture Lead, WiMAX Canopy Systems: Directed technical solutions to convert Canopy platforms for WiMAX. Innovations included VoIP schemes to enable multiple phone lines over one connection and hybrid authentication mechanisms to increase wireless security. Solution Strategist, Corporate Strategy: Devised portions of Motorola s go-to-market strategy for next-generation IP-based wireless communication solutions. Defined Big Bets to focus efforts across all Motorola on key initiatives for LTE, WiMAX, Meshed and WiFi. New Product Introduction (NPI) Manufacturing Lead, Mexico: Managed 5+ engineers to devise a lean manufacturing kanban system to reduce inventory. Solution established in Nogales Mexico, then adopted company-wide. Digital Six Sigma (DSS) Greenbelt awarded for $300k+ inventory reduction.
