calls on average yearly.
Managed $2.2M budget and handled all technical hiring and training.

Achievements:
Changed paradigm of company from small non-profit volunteer ambulance
squad to full-time paid busy squad in 5 months. Took on role of human
resources manager, training officer, strategic planning in addition to the
day to day operations.
When the local competing ambulance company ceased operations without
notice, successfully led the operation in merging the two squads, doubling
our services overnight.
Developed and implemented improved policies and procedures, resulting in

Reduced turnout time from a 90% fractal of 12 minutes to 3 minutes in 2
