procedures, writing standard operating guidelines. Serviced 7000+ emergency

calls on average yearly.

Managed $2.2M budget and handled all technical hiring and training.

In charge of Off-Road Search and Rescue Team.

Achievements:

Changed paradigm of company from small non-profit volunteer ambulance

squad to full-time paid busy squad in 5 months. Took on role of human

When the local competing ambulance company ceased operations without

notice, successfully led the operation in merging the two squads, doubling

our services overnight.
