Apex - learning of the new ELM database for class given, enrollment status of employees, updating and retrieving of training transcripts.

Creating and running ELM Reports, managing learning activities, administering enrollment and registrations.

ELM core user for administrators within Human Resources.

o Assist with the trainer's presentations, class materials.

Enter courses and classes; keep track of electronic training status of all employees.

Coordinate registration process, send training correspondences to employees, and produce posters, class aides and assist instructors with training day set up and clean up.

Provide support for senior L&D staff, back up support for L&D manager, taking meeting minutes, coordinate mailings, customer services, receptionist for L&D unit, respond to a variety of telephone and in-person inquiries. Back up Human Resources receptionist, order the office supplies and do inventory of all items.

After each program, create certificates of accomplishments and completions through MS Publisher.

Prepare quarterly training reports for trainers with a listing of classes that each trainer has completed.

Complete other specialized reports as needed by the trainers.

Use of Desktop Publishing software skills, MS Word, Excel, and MS Publisher, prepares materials using graphics for training and administrative projects.

Assist staff with the training catalog production on-line and paper version.

Design layout, graphics, link graphics and content together into a professional document.

Maintain training room and supply room inventory, maintain office equipment and coordinate equipment repair work as necessary. Administer the L&D video library, creating and maintain current bibliography and track lending of videos to Hennepin county employees.
