As the Environmental Inspector for BP America Production Company I have managed many work forces including but not limited to pipeline contractors, civil well pad construction contractors and civil interim reclamation contractors in the environmentally sensitive area of South West Co.
I have worked closely with Land Owners, BLM, Forest Service, Colorado Division of Wildlife, Southern Ute Tribe, CDOT, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, COGCC and La Plata County to comply with the many and varied permit requirements with focus on storm water permit conditions, erosion control prevention, wetland and water body resource protection, sensitive wildlife species protection and cultural resource protection.

Storm Water Pollution Prevention
