Motorcycle Road Racer

Overview

Motorcycle road racing is one of the most exciting motor sports today and is gaining in popularity on

a yearly basis. Participating in the motor sport of motorcycle road racing has been a dream of mine

ever since childhood. I started riding motorcycles and ATVs when I was 11 years old. I m truly

enthusiastic about motorcycles and the chance to use these machines close to their designed limits,

is truly exhilarating. I have set certain goals for myself in road racing and I am vehement about

pursuing and achieving these goals.

As a young Afro-American, one of my goals/dreams is to expose more Afro-Americans to the motor

sport of motorcycle road racing. Motorcycle road racing is not very popular amongst Afro-Americans

today. I feel that being able to compete at a consistent level will help me be one of very few Afro-

Americans to begin to break the barrier of Afro-American scarcity in motorcycle road racing. Not

only do I want to have much fun and success in road racing, I would also like to be a role model and

a possible inspiration to other young Afro-Americans, as well as any other person from any race,

who enjoy and would like to participate in motor sports.

Sponsorship Benefits

The sponsorship package is an opportunity for businesses to reach potential customers that may not be

reached through traditional means of advertising. This is an excellent opportunity for racers to endorse

services, products, and advertise for businesses. Businesses willing to assist racers during the racing

season help offset the racer s racing expenditures during the road-racing season.

Sponsors benefits include the following:

advertisement of your products or services

fan exposure

race magazine, trade publications exposure

track and paddock exposure

tax write-off

Current Sponsors

The following Businesses have made valuable contributions to Henderson Racing:

o Suzuki of Bartow County o OVO Leathers

o Vortex Racing o Hotbodies Racing

o LP Racing o EBC Brakes

Conclusion

Thank you for taking time to review my racing resume information. As you may gather from this

information, road racing can be an expensive sport. Fueled with the right enthusiasm for promoting my

well-conditioned team will be able to reap benefits from each other s contributions. Please feel free to

contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding this package or if you would like to discuss

the possibility of sponsoring me for the 2007 season.
