Reviewer/Consultant with UMC General Commission on Status and Role of Women and General Commission on

Religion and Race as a member of Commission on Theological Education of the United Methodist Church

University Senate Review Teams. Primary responsibility is to review United Methodist seminaries and theological

schools for institutional viability and sustainability, faithfulness to theological heritage, and to assess school policies

and curricula with regard to women and people of color.

Served as a Teaching Assistant at Garrett- Evangelical Theological Seminary for the Theology of Evangelism,

As Human Resource Development Coordinator for Learning Center for Business and Industry of the Kettering

Adult School, developed two basic courses for first line supervisors new to management, coaching and

Co-developed/facilitated summer seminar course entitled The Church and Economic Development for Payne

Theological Seminary students. Many students described the course as life-changing.

Supervise church staff of 14 which includes an associate pastor, permanent deacon, 1 deaconess and 5 persons called

to the ministry.

Led congregation in the development of community development corporation, a nonprofit organization which will

be responsible for raising funding to help the church support the needs of an urban congregation in transitioning

from a middle class community to a significantly Section-8 based community.
