Chair and lead hospital s physician satisfaction committee, which is responsible for surveying and recognizing physicians for their contributions to the Franciscan mission and vision Synchronize and lead efforts and ideas across different functional departments to coordinate the recognition of physicians for Doctors Day and Healing Hands Award ceremonies Provide feedback to both hospital and Franciscan Alliance corporate leadership about physician satisfaction efforts and quarterly survey results Establish effective working relationships with physician practice administrative leadership by making regular visits to their offices to communicate products and services and grow referral business, market share, and revenues for Franciscan St. Francis Organize and administer physician networking meetings between both hospital-employed and independent physician groups, including meet and greet events where physicians can introduce and educate other providers on the services they offer Plan, coordinate and market Docs to Docs event at Lucas Oil Stadium, which is an annual physician networking event with approximately two hundred fifty attendees for all St. Francis medical staff physicians and executive leadership Plan and develop new products to enhance the ability of physicians to refer patients to Franciscan St. Francis, such as printing services and website development Oversee and monitor existing products and programs currently used by physician practices, including E-Orders and the physician office navigator program Supervise and direct nine physician office navigator employees who are responsible for phlebotomy, registration, and scheduling services in various physician practices Develop business case analysis for potential new physician office navigator locations, including creating a pro forma financial statement and analyzing the estimated impact on outpatient ancillary services Successfully lead physician office navigator employees through training coordination and implementation of Epic ambulatory and EMR products Job Accomplishments:
