Petroport: United States

Negotiated MOU with Blue Dolphin Energy to join a consortium to develop a $220 million, Texas offshore crude oil receiving terminal/port in the Gulf of Mexico. Project to include a 45-mile subsea pipeline providing service to the Greater Houston petrochemical belt from Beaumont to Sweeny.

OCP Pipeline: Ecuador

Successfully bid and was chosen as a finalist with Enron and Williams. PSG partnered with Enbridge in the $650 million Ecuador OCP heavy oil pipeline competition. The Project was proposed by Occidental Petroleum, AGIP, Alberta Energy, Kerr-McGee, and Repsol-YPF.

Energia Mayakan: Mexico

Served as a member of the Board of Directors of Mexico\'s $265 million Mayakan Pipeline via Merida Holding Company, Inc. Represented PSG\'s 32.5% equity interest. Mayakan is the first and largest privately owned gas trunkline in Mexico. Transits from Ciudad Pemex to the Yucatan Peninsula, providing gas service to the AES Power Plant in Merida.

Other activities:

Screened and evaluated joint participation in a bid to build a pipeline with TransCanada International from the US border to Monterey, Spring 1999.
