* Employee Corporate Card program. After contract negotiations and law department approval, the new supplier agreed to a rebate 115% higher than the incumbent corporate card provider, resulting in additional revenue of $2.5M over 5 years and provider-paid signing bonus of $500k
* Pension Administration Services. After negotiations and law department approval, Supplier agreed to 33% lower monthly fee and $2M savings over the term of the agreement.

Directed and implemented key vendor RFPs, including:
* Wireless phone repair. After contract negotiations and law department approval, the phone repair company agreed to lower its offer, resulting in a $25M annual savings and agreed to purchase Sprint`s wireless and long distance services, resulting in $25M in additional Sprint revenue over the 3-year contract term.
* After contract negotiations and law department approval, the company bidding for repair and return services lowered its repair costs from $20M to $12M for the repair and return of defective customer premise equipment (CPE), such as wireline telephones and PBX systems. The negotiated price reduction resulted in an $8M savings
* Overnight delivery services. The winning bidder (UPS) agreed to not change the shipping rates and fuel surcharges over the 3-year term of the agreement which resulted in substantial savings.
