Responsible for development of and revisions to basic training curriculum and lesson plans; development and conduct of advanced training programs for in-service patrol personnel, new criminal investigators, and recently promoted first-line supervisors; development and conduct of 10-week training program for armed Reserve Corps officers. Managed high school work-study Cadet program for 300 students in cooperation with the D.C. Board of Education.
