Provide all components to construct mens and womens locker rooms with showers, lockers, bathroom facilities to support squadron activities. I was lead on initial site walks, formulated a final SOW (statement of work), estimated the complete project utilizing RS Means and E4 Clicks estimating software, working with architects and drafting personnel, and negotiating the final contract with government civil engineering and contracting. I provided all submittals, RFI's and project schedules. I have a solid background in estimating, MS Project, Outlook, Word, and Excel. The projects I have been associated with have entailed both new construction as well as tenant improvement. I have also been involved with a significant number of civil projects. The magnitude of these projects ranged from approximately 10k to 750k dollars. I have been responsible for up to 11 projects at a time from cradle to grave. During my tenure with Diversified I was responsible for estimating and completing over 27 different projects worth over 8.5 million dollars.
