Construct 943rd Medical Facility. Design and construct approx. 2400 SF CMU facility to support 943rd Medical Facility operations. Construction included all facets including site preparation, masonry, steel trusses, steel roofing, Openings, ATFP requirements, electrical, fire suppression, communications, HVAC, MNS, finishes, mechanical yard, landscaping. $729,633.00

Repair (Renovate) JAG Facility Building 2300. Demolish existing office space and construct new JAG courtroom to include offices for visiting attorneys, deliberation room, judge's chambers, all casework for judge's bench, court reporter and witness bench. Provide jury boxes as well as gallery seating. Provide and install all openings, audio visual and communications. Provide and install all finishes, fire suppression, electrical, HVAC. $454,090.00

Construct Addition, Building 75, Davis Monthan AFB. Construct approx. 1900 s/f CMU addition to create additional office space for a secure SKIF/Vault, to include security, secure communications (NIPR/SIPR) fire suppression, HVAC, MNS, all finishes. $560,344.00

Construct CAOC Front Entrance, Davis Monthan AFB. Provide demolition of existing entry, security room and office space. Provide new enlarged CMU entry with storefront, lobby, bullet proof security window/ office, electronically controlled/ card swipe access doors, new office space for command and support staff. $327,477.00

Construct MXG Locker Rooms, Building 4810, Davis Monthan AFB. Provide demolition of existing 6,000 SF hanger bay. Provide all components to construct mens and womens locker rooms with showers, lockers, bathroom facilities to support squadron activities. This included all plumbing, framing, electrical, fire suppression, HVAC, openings and finishes. Infill hanger bay doors and replace with storefronts. Replace all glazing with ATFP rate windows/glass. Provide all power requirements for work out equipment including audio visual. $468,037.00

Construct Predator Parking expansion. Provide 60 vehicle parking lot expansion to include all site preparation, curbing, lighting, paving and striping. $77,710.00

Repair Fire Protection System, Facility 5430, Aircraft Hanger, Davis Monthan AFB. Demolish all existing supply and distribution piping from existing fire suppression system in 2 aircraft hangers. Remove all existing pump equipment. Install a complete High Expansion Foam fire suppression system in new temperature controlled equipment room. Construct (ADA) Elevators OSI/CE Admin Building 4300, CAOC Building 74, Community Center Building 4455. Provide all design and engineering to construct 2 each 2 story and 1 each 3 story elevators at existing buildings. I was lead on initial site walks, formulated a final SOW (statement of work), estimated the complete project utilizing RS Means and E4 Clicks estimating software, working with architects and drafting personnel, and negotiating the final contract with government civil engineering and contracting. I provided all submittals, RFI's and project schedules. I have a solid background in estimating, MS Project, Outlook, Word, and Excel. The projects I have been associated with have entailed both new construction as well as tenant improvement. I have also been involved with a significant number of civil projects. The magnitude of these projects ranged from approximately 10k to 750k dollars. I have been responsible for up to 11 projects at a time from cradle to grave. During my tenure with Diversified I was responsible for estimating and completing over 27 different projects worth over 8.5 million dollars.

I worked both in the field as a superintendent and at a home office or my vehicle using my laptop as Project Manager. I was also responsible for the supervision of an assistant superintendent.
