Raytheon Technical Services Company (RTSC) Orlando, FL, deployed to Camp Buehring, Kuwait February 2010 - April 2012

I served as the RTSC Country Manager in Kuwait, responsible for the efficient management of the Kuwait Armed Forces Training Center (KAFTC) and the Kuwait Observer Controller Team (KOCT). I managed a major training facility as part of the Warfighter Focus (WFF) program, and provided training and training support to our customer in Afghanistan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Jordan and Saudi Arabia through the use of fixed and mobile training teams. Our training provides our soldiers with the critical survival skills they need prior to their deployment into hostile territory. I ensure that our customer`s expectations are met, our soldiers receive the most current, relevant training available, and our resources are efficiently managed.

* Manage two Task Orders with a value of $100M and 225 personnel.

* Direct the activities of 3 sub-contractors (MPRI, CSC, Interlink) and continuously assess their performance to ensure they are performing in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.

* Provide advice to the customer on the efficient use of resources in the accomplishment of the customer`s mission; assist the customer with long and short range planning to ensure that our capabilities keep pace with the ever-changing environment; and report results and progress of previous decisions, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
