DUANE DAVIDSON
PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS
1. I can easily adjust to different circumstances. Each project I have managed has had its own unique management requirements the Owner or Architect have demanded.
2. I`m a people-person. I enjoy learning about other peoples` backgrounds, likes & dislikes, interests, family, etc. I can get along with almost everyone with whom I work.
3. I`m a good problem-solver. My jobs as Project Manager and Construction Manager required me to work with people who had different objectives, goals, means, and methods in order to reach mutually acceptable resolutions to the challenges that arise in each project.
4. I strive to meet the expectations of my clients. For example, in Newark, my owner`s contact took a laissez faire approach to our projects, preferring to be informed only of significant challenges. In The Twin Cities and Tahoe City projects, however, I worked with numerous individuals who had vested interests in the projects.
5. I am able to learn new skills. For example, I have learned 7 different software products during my tenure with Bogard Construction and TRI-B Inc.
6. I am a good leader. I have developed and direct a Leadership Development program annually in Grass Valley.
7. I am well-organized. I file everything immediately, keep my Action File small, constantly remind others of their responsibilities, and keep a well-organized desktop.
