Introduction I have for the past 12 years been employed with Clover (SouthAfrica's largest and leading dairy company) and have held various positions including Dispatch Supervisor, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager and Area Manager. I have attended various courses that have assisted me in my career and have experience in management and supervisor y positions, warehouse and distribution operations and sales and marketing.

2009 - 2011 Clover Empangeni (Northern Kwazulu Natal), SA
Area Manager
Received the award for Most Improved Small Branch 2011 within the company.
In 2010/2011 financial year, achieved highest return on investment percentage of branch operating profit for the region.
Made changes within the daily operations of the branch, identified certain employees for key positions and arranged for training for those employees. These changes led to the branch achieving high profit margins thus resulting in receiving awards.
Key duties include setting up budgets for all departments, overseeing and managing all admin, warehouse, distribution and sales responsibilities i.e. the account managers, merchandisers, department managers, special projects, HR issues, customer issues, branch profitability, developing new sales strategies and managing of set fixed-cost budgets.
Worked on a daily basis managing operational, staff and customer issues.
Have experience with the COGNOS and AS 400 systems.

Limpopo Area Sales Manager
Managing all account managers, merchandisers and customer profitability
Was directly involved with route planning (FLO System) and assisted in the planning of changing of delivery schedules which led to lower operating costs and higher profits within the branch
Responsibilities amongst others include setting fixed cost budgets for the sales department for each financial year and managing thereof.
By introducing new sales strategies and intensive merchandiser training, the sale volumes for 2008 vs 2009 increased by 21%
Through my achievements within a short period I was promoted to Area Manager (Branch Manager).
2007 - 2008 Clover Swaziland Swaziland
Area Sales Manager
Managed the telesales, account managers and merchandisers.
Responsibilities included key accounting for principals. Clover, Danone, Eskort and Food Corp.
Through changes implemented and relationships built up with customers, I was able to increased sale volumes in excess of 30% in a 10 month period.
Decreased nominated delivery days per customer and implemented minimum order value per delivery/month. This decreased operating costs and promoted customers to increase volumes which intern increased operating profits.
Due to my achievements within a short period, I was promoted to a larger area with more responsibilities.
2003 - 2007 Clover Nelspruit, SouthAfrica
Account Manager
Responsibilities included opening of new accounts, handling all customer queries and managing and training of merchandisers within the assigned area.
Implementing of marketing strategies for various products at store level and in-store promotions.
Achieved the best overall results as account manager for the region and was promoted to Area Sales Manager in Swaziland.

Interests
I played for the Nigel Rugby Club 1st team, Nelspruit Rugby Club 1st team and Rhinos Rugby Club 1st team. After an injury I coached the 3rd Empangeni Rugby Team where we went to the finals and came second in the Zululand Rugby League.
I was also involved in Action Cricket where we came second in the Polokwane Senior League.
I have recently taken up golf and play as often as possible.
