Maintain and Troubleshoot alarms on Alcatel -Lucent 5ESS Flexent switch in the AM,CM and SM.

Work all WFM (Workforce Management) trouble tickets in a concise and timely manner,

Troubleshoot all AP alarms in the RNC,UNC and ATCA frames using the OMC-RAN and OMP to diagnosis trouble. Restored unit back into service by replacing hard drive using the ADR in the suagui,reseat/replace alarm card,cpu,TP's or rebooting the unit.

Access the ALED to download BWM,CFT and retrofits and load them onto the OMP,5ESS,ECP and OMC-RAN and required in the MOP procedures.
