Currently, In House Counsel, Executive VP / management consultant for several high tech start-up companies. Immediately upon passing the bar exam, opened general practice law firm with eventual strategic focus upon business and corporate law and international commerce transaction management.

1998 - 2001 Professional Private Investor - Denver, Colorado; Alpine, Utah

Managed personal large portfolio U.S. stock market stocks/options investments.

1992 - 1998 Public Service Company of Colorado / New Century Energy - Denver, CO

Recruited from the -outside- directly by PSCC, Colorado`s largest employer, as New Product and New Business Developer; immediately placed on small team consisting of department Directors that created the internal infrastructure to accommodate the processes of new product development, launch and management, including training of legal department; managed and expanded new product development to new business development; developed and managed new products and new businesses including the creation of national and regional strategic alliances/joint ventures; first product generated over $9 million new product revenue the first year exceeding all other developers combined; advanced to merger and acquisitions team, directed and performed national due diligence; created and presented formal corporate recommendations.
