Duties include collecting monthly rents and posting them to Rent Manager and Quickbooks, applying late fees and miscellaneous charges to appropriate accounts. Ensuring that the communities grounds were well maintained, clean, and mowed through supervision of employees responsible for these tasks. Composing letters of violations and evictions, filling appropriate paperwork with the courts to facilitate the eviction process and transferring ownership of homes at appropriate offices.
