Mets spring
training facility and a 200,000 square foot shopping center. The
project's Development
of Regional Impact (DRI) is approved for 9,800,000 square feet of
commercial/industrial/office use and 18,000 residential units. The
company was sold.
Responsibilities included:
Prepared and presented comprehensive business plans/cash flows to
the project's
four banks; all loans were successfully extended.
Prepared and presented investment packages to all investors
resulting in a significant
equity investment.
Prepared consolidated financial statements and budgets for the
Corporation.

appropriate changes.

three anchored shopping centers, totaling 389,000 square feet, eight
