Then i worked in the Credit Dept as a Credit Analyst, balancing and receiving payments on customers accounts, and then i became a manager and I was responsible for training about 40 employee's and process and procedure for shipping out customer product for on time delivery. i did all my employee's scheduling, payroll, evaluations, hiring, and firing. i help implement cross training of myself and my employee's in other departments of the company, so that we would not have to lay unskilled employee's off

.

Then in 2011 i had some medical issues, which decreased my attendance at work, and conflicted with the policies, so i was let go.

Front line Manager and Health and Beauty Aide Manager

Managed and trained about 30 employee's as front line cashiers and warehouse for health and beauty aide dept, setting up displays, doing inventory on product, handling all scheduling and payroll for my employee's coaching' and evaluations, and handling customer service issues to for both employees and customers.

i was getting laid of because that Navy Base was down sizing.

I was responsible for 10 employee's that worked the night shift at the bank processing payments and proofing checks. i was also responsible for time sheets, scheduling, employee evaluations, and verifying all jobs that had been proofed or processed.

I left this when my husband had gotten laid off and we had to move.
