clients. Developed and coordinated the project schedules to meet the needs

of the user community ensuring the management and director's goals were met.

Performed installations, configuration and troubleshooting of server and

Tivoli clients. The implementation of Tivoli IT Director saved the

corporation in administration costs.

Developed company software database in Microsoft Access 97 for tracking

licenses and inventory control, manufacturing inventory control and
