Established a regional Centralized Supplies Management Service that saved the client $100,000 in the first full year of operation. Saved the client $80,000/year by streamlining over 80 courier services administered on an ad hoc basis to a preferred list of 10 vendors that were managed centrally by PBMS.

Supported Corporate Facilities Management activities, including management of a relocation of 1,100 employees to a new facility. Led Mail Services Transformation Initiative that resulted in $2M in annualized savings emanating in large part from enhanced postal presort discounts via improved address hygiene and a forms inventory stock reduction of 85% that included the elimination of costly multi-part NCR forms. Held various progressively more responsible positions including Clerk, Team Leader and Department Manager within a 35 person Correspondence and Production Mail Center in a large Pension and Health & Welfare Insurance firm with 165,000 pensioners. Worked for two years as a Purchasing Agent pricing, negotiating contracts and procuring a variety of commodities.
