Led a team of 7 direct reports who managed a total HR organization of 50 professionals, responsible for all human resource operations for the Hospitality Division and Corporate Services encompassing approximately 6,000 employees at 170 locations as well as 1,600 employees located at the Orlando Corporate Headquarters (12,000+ employees company-wide). Established Hospitality divisions first dedicated recruiting function resulting in decreased external search firm costs, decreased time to fill and consistent recruiting policies and practices.
Reduced external employee complaints by 10% YOY by increased front line leadership development training, implementation of employee skip level meetings, introduction of employee relation measures into compensation plans and design of HR dashboard.
