Resolved numerous process and procedure questions for this network security monitoring company as it developed from a start-up to an industry leader. Created all processes for the Technical Publication department, including designing and implementing standards for publications, both printed and electronic. Used Outlook for all office scheduling in an environment with staff all over the country, as well as corporate communications.
