September 2008 to Present: Small Arms Repair Team (SARET-R), Camber Corporation

Provided weapon support on mobile teams for all deploying units active and reserve due for RESET. Inspected, gauged, and repaired M2 .50 cal., M240, M249, M4, M16, M203, MK19, M60,M1911,M11,M21,M107.M9, and M500. TMDE (Test measurement Diagnostic Equipment) tools and special tools were also required for use and upkeep of weapons systems. Properly annotated all deficiencies on DA 2404 in accordance with the weapons technical manual. Knowledge and experience in the operation and maintenance of TACOM equipment on armament, armor, artillery, small arms, and crew served weapons systems. This element includes knowledge and experience at the Organizational, DS/GS or Depot maintenance levels of repair. Also assisted SARET warehouse supply missions in resupplying, modifying existing conex boxes to changing mission requirements as experienced by my own information gathered while supporting SARET in small arms repair and optic repair.

June 2008 to September 2008: ITT, Fort Benning Georgia

Provided weapon support for DOL. Such weapons were the same as with Camber.

February 2004 to June 2008: Winters Design and Construction

As owner, I completed many successful construction contracts including commercial and residential projects. During sub-contracting as supervisor, I managed several projects at Tyndall AFB. This also included a top secret rated security room. This happed to allow me to form close relationship with top ranking government and civilian representatives. My duties ranged from procuring contracts to bid and successfully winning them. From there I was responsible for correctly getting the right amount of materials on the job in accordance with a time line. After that I hired employees including foremen. I was responsible for following all OSHA regulations. Payroll was also a bookkeeping job o mine as well. Remodeling residential projects allowed me to calculate insurance costs as well as man hours.

June 2003 to February 2004: LSI, Fort Benning, Georgia

Provided small arms repair for B203 SPT 3 ID, for the same weapon systems as mentioned above.

1984 to 1988 U.S. Army

Provided logistical and technical support to several units while attached to 2nd FSB 1CAV DIV and B 203 SPT 3ID in Germany. Weapons responsible were M2, M16 series, M1911A1, M60, M249, M240 series, MK19, M9, M500, 120 mortar systems and M242 chain gun also supporting mounts and armor modifications. Our shop employed principles of supply logistics by maintaining a mobile bench sock. That operational readiness allowed units to have an above 90 percent on weapon systems. We used in depth knowledge of parts, tools, and training throughout test of operational stages. Techniques were employed to determine when equipment items were interchangeable and cross level maintenance can be performed. Gather information to identify problem: analyzing pertinent data; forming conclusions consistent with developing situations to maintain weapons. Kept shops within unit sop REQUIREMENTS AND INFORMED OIC when there was a problem with SOP.

June 1985 to June 1986 U.S. Army

I was the unit armored and conducted may classes on sergeants time training and basic soldering time. Did PMI for unit level weapons and assisted on many ranges for weapon concerns and safeties. Ability to effectively troubleshoot and repair highly complex mechanical systems through the use of tech manuals, drawings, diagrams, schematics, and blueprints at all levels of maintenance and repair. Skilled in providing technical advice and recommendations through the transfer of knowledge. This element includes being able to effectively convey ideas and findings through the use of verbal as well as written means. These include such things as written and verbal reports, memos, briefings, and presentations to senior Army and Civilian leadership and maintenance technicians.
