Facilitated the training of Navy personnel deploying to combat zones. Lead a staff of 6 Navy Liaisons receiving, logistically supporting and deploying all Navy personnel training at FT. Bliss. Liaise with several upper echelon Army and Navy training and operational organizations to resolve training and personnel issues, often on short notice, make presentations and provide metrics. Ensured proper training for the validation of over 200 Navy personnel per month fulfilling mission critical positions in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Guantanamo Bay, and other locations worldwide.
