This help determine what training courses were needed immediately and in the future to make sure that staff would be fully trained.Was responsible for the preparation of background material (i.e. reports, presentations, charts) for Succession Planning and HR Planning topics. The Senior Business Consultants in their reports to Regional Directors and Managers used this information that I provided them.
