The project involved development and implementation of IPS – Individual Purchasing System. This is a customer facing application targeting individual market segment of insurance sector. The application caters for the sales aspect of insurance. A customer can go online and buy a quote, which upon proper review and underwriting becomes a policy for the applicant.
