The statements are based on previously entered Sales Orders. Depending on the day of the month an invoice is created when P&L statement is submitted. In the back-end, accounting admin users can view the P&L reports submitted via old and new version of P&L. Admin users can also update the statements reported by customers. Admin users also have ability to switch users to new version of P&L.

To use the functionality, users have to purchase site credits. All purchases are made via credit card payments; after each payment an invoice is created along with payment transaction. User can update basic site information such as domain name and FTP settings; all updated information is sent to a third party server via API call.

Leads are automatically entered to the system from online forms and based on contact information they are channeled to different pools. The system has an informative dashboard displaying trend analysis and it allows managers to view their teams performance using an extensive reporting system (pipeline reports, net performance reports, conversion reported)

It was determined that full solution would take 6 months of development while an intermediate, scaled down solution could be delivered within 2 weeks. The prospect record stays in the registry for 60 days after which time is deleted. The Prospect Registry is a way for franchisees to reserve potential customers.
