It’s a tool that allows customers to log their sales details such as cost of sale, project revenue and recurring revenue. The statements are based on previously entered Sales Orders. Depending on the day of the month an invoice is created when P&L statement is submitted. In the back-end, accounting admin users can view the P&L reports submitted via old and new version of P&L. Admin users can also update the statements reported by customers. Admin users also have ability to switch users to new version of P&L.

.Net framework 1.1 - C#, Scotiabank Merchant, MS SQL 2000Developed a module which using a third party APIs creates sites in an outside web application where users can develop basic web sites. To use the functionality, users have to purchase site credits. All purchases are made via credit card payments; after each payment an invoice is created along with payment transaction. User can update basic site information such as domain name and FTP settings; all updated information is sent to a third party server via API call.

Web Developer / Project CoordinatorIn a group of 6, developed Sales Force Management System – 3-tier web based system that allows a robust management and distribution of leads to several sales teams. Leads are automatically entered to the system from online forms and based on contact information they are channeled to different pools. The system has an informative dashboard displaying trend analysis and it allows managers to view their teams performance using an extensive reporting system (pipeline reports, net performance reports, conversion reported)

.Net framework 1.1 - C#, XML, SQL 2000Took initiative to suggest and create an intermediate solution to Sales Force Management System. It was determined that full solution would take 6 months of development while an intermediate, scaled down solution could be delivered within 2 weeks. This solution was used by Sales Team and helped them getting used to processes. It increased franchise sales by approximately 35%

HTML, ASP, CDONTS, ASP Upload, SQL 2000Developed reward Miles (similar to Air miles) module used by company’s customers that allows them to earn miles based on performed tasks such as participation in a Trade Show, contribution to marketing materials, acting as a referral to potential customers. Users can redeem points towards invoice payments as well as purchase of marketing materials.

The prospect record stays in the registry for 60 days after which time is deleted. The functionality ensures that once one customer enters a prospect, the same prospect cannot be entered by anyone else until original is removed. The Prospect Registry is a way for franchisees to reserve potential customers.
