Participated in the complete revitalization and overhaul of the U.S. Military in general - and the U.S. Air Force specifically - a key member of the Quality Improvement program directives implemented throughout the Air Force.
An active participant in Operation Desert Storm/Shield. Part of the management team that proved that the military could be managed like a well-tuned corporate machine. A successful record for managing complex organizations, supervising people through multiple line-management personnel, responsible for millions of dollars in assets. Specific duties and achievements include:
Management: A leading team member and facilitator in developing a Quality Improvement and Performance management program to help resolve organizational problems, causing a decrease in personnel evaluation failures by 65 percent.
Coordinated production activities related to operations and directed 24 first line supervisors. Enforced adherence to pertinent laws, regulations, policies, and procedures; resulting in record low job injuries. Ensure compliance of OSHA and EPA health and safety regulations by employees.
