I was hired in as an Assistant Manager at FinishLine and was promoted to Store Manager in Training within 9 months. I was well trained and in 7 months I was awarded to run my own store at Laurel Park Place Mall in Livonia.
Developed highly effective sales training strategies as Sales Manager of an 11 person team. Through great hiring and training I was able to gain sales in 4 out of 5 weeks in a loosing store. Taking a group of employees and changing their mentality from loosing to winning is my specialty.
