Salt Lake County Criminal Justice Administration Building,

Salt Lake

spaces for various divisions of the Sheriff's Office.

West/East Light Rail Preliminary Engineering,

Salt Lake City, Utah.

in charge of preliminary architectural drawings

and 3d rendering. The future

light rail system is to be the major corridor connecting the Salt Lake

International Airport to the

campus of the University of Utah. I was working on the light rail

station at the University of Utah

Medical Center located on Medical Drive near Primary Children's

Medical Center.

The Sun ValleyClub, City of Ketchum, Idaho.

Architectural Assistant

. The Sun Valley Club, a 42-unit $20 Million

facility located directly in Warm

Springs Village at the base of the prestigious Warm Springs Ski Resort

in Sun Valley, Idaho. Unique

challenges of this project included a high water table and naturally

warm subterranean conditions

due to the proximity of geothermal springs. Many critical planning

issues addressed in the design,

included riparian area setbacks, a strict thirty-five foot height

limit, open space and landscaping

requirements, and pedestrian overlay zone requirements. The Club was

planned to be an elegant,

exclusive destination, owned by its members and operated for their

enjoyment. The Club concept

was offering a variety of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units with an attractive

clubhouse and several

recreational areas including a swimming pool, multiple rooftop spas,

and exercise areas. Its superb

location provided spectacular views of the adjoining ski resort and

surrounding natural terrain, its

siting within Warm Springs Village offered convenient fine dining and

shopping.

Park City Mixed-use Complex, Park City, Utah.

Architectural Drafter

for a 12,000 s.f. two story project on historic

Main Street Park City combines

approximately 6,000 s.f. ground floor retail with 12 2nd story nightly

rental units. The project is

carefully articulated to compliment Park City's historic mining era

structure's

205 Main Street Mixed-Use Project, Park City, UT.

Architectural Assistant

for the 205 Main mixed-use commercial project

which incorporates

small-scale community based shops with resort oriented nightly

rentals. The project is approximately

15,000 s.f. with 15 luxury rental units.

SaltLake County Equestrian Arena

. Salt Lake City, Utah.

Salt Lake County

Parks and Recreation Department, currently under

construction. Architectural

Assistant for 80,000 SF Arena, 13,000 SF Show Barn. Arena will

accommodate area horse shows,

riding exhibitions and small rodeo events. Facility was designed to be

a multi-use center for

convention, concert and special event use. Master planning

coordination of the Equestrian Arena

will provide the center piece for the new County Fairgrounds.

SaltCentral Valley Water Reclamation Facility, Egg-Shaped Digester

Project. Salt Lake City,

Utah.

Architectural Assistant

for two new 1.65 million gallon anaerobic

digester vessels and a

stair/elevator tower, which provides access to the vessels. I was

mechanical drawings and building 3d computer model.
