facility located directly in Warm
Springs Village at the base of the prestigious Warm Springs Ski Resort

challenges of this project included a high water table and naturally
warm subterranean conditions
due to the proximity of geothermal springs. Many critical planning
issues addressed in the design,
included riparian area setbacks, a strict thirty-five foot height
limit, open space and landscaping
requirements, and pedestrian overlay zone requirements. The Club was
planned to be an elegant,
exclusive destination, owned by its members and operated for their
enjoyment. The Club concept
was offering a variety of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units with an attractive
clubhouse and several
recreational areas including a swimming pool, multiple rooftop spas,
and exercise areas. Its superb

surrounding natural terrain, its
siting within Warm Springs Village offered convenient fine dining and
shopping.
